Cairo is a player who has made optimum use of the development agreement between Excelsior and Feyenoord.  After a period with the third club from Rotterdam he took care to score a couple of times for league champion Feyenoord.  He has to fight for his place with Kalou at Feyenoord and with many players on Jong Oranje.  He is currently a substitute on both teams.
